By installing, accessing, or using the Broken Toolkit Roku Channel (the "Channel"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Channel.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Channel for your personal, non-commercial use on Roku devices that you own or control.

This license does not include:

The Channel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Broken Toolkit and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Channel is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Availability or uninterrupted service
• Accuracy or reliability of content

We do not warrant that the Channel will be error-free, secure, or available at any particular time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broken Toolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Channel
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Channel

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Channel at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Channel will immediately cease.

8. Changes to the Channel

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Channel at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Channel.

12. Entire Agreement
